Mark Dean started Hannibal Home Inspections after seeing a gap in the industry, especially in rural Alberta and small-town communities. Too many inspections felt rushed, unclear, or focused on the transaction instead of the client.

Mark built his inspection process differently — with thoroughness, plain-language communication, and a commitment to putting the client’s interests first.

His style is hands-on, conversational, and no-rush. He walks clients through what he’s seeing, explains concerns clearly, and helps separate major issues from everyday maintenance so you can make an informed decision without feeling overwhelmed.
